Syed Gilani
Mr. Syed Gilani has more than 14 years of executive level experience in Business Management, International Trading and Management of technology companies. He has a Master degree in Economics and Management and a Master in Business Administration. He has run a leading trading house as the managing director and then later developed and managed a construction company. He has also served as the President of American Marketing Association – Virgin Islands Chapter and has membership of several non-profit and professional organizations.
His passion to explore and introduce futuristic business and consumer oriented technology solutions helped him build his vision to establish a technology company. As president of BiZVI LLC and TABS Worldwide Inc., he runs two leading technology, research, marketing and training companies.
Over a short period of time, BiZVI has become the leading full service technology, marketing, research and training company in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Mr. Gilani brings intensive management experience to a diverse cultural and economic environment with strong leadership and initiative. He also has about five years of teaching experience to adults and youth. As president of TABS worldwide and its subsidiaries, Mr.Gilani over sees the general focus and specific quality standards of the enterprise.

Reza Gilani
Mr. Reza Gilani brings over a decade of experience in Business Management and Organization to TABS. He has a bachelors degree in Commerce and Management and ten years of experience in business modeling and set-up. Under his leadership, the Pakistan division of Trans-Atlantic Business Solutions was established and has been steadily moving towards a standard that is maintained in the entire organization. As country head for the Pakistan production house, Mr. Gilani overseas day to day matters and also makes decisions that impact the working of the entire enterprise.
TABS is now a full service software development house and under the guidance of Mr. Reza Gilani it is moving to launch various modern software systems that intend to bring about a revolution in terms of customized software development.

Aasma Gilani
Ms. Gilani has been with the organization since its inception. She has a bachelors degree in Marketing Management and has been very active during her student and career life. She brings great zeal and enthusiasm to the organization. With her leadership and direct work in the BiZVI Grafix division, Ms. Gilani has been successful in meeting the goals set up for her. She has set up numerous policies and procedures, that are being followed throughout the organization.
Ms. Gilani has employed her skills in communications and interest in writing to assist in many projects the company has undertaken. She has been transferred to the Pakistan office and is currently setting up procedures that will eventually assist the various locations in easy communication. In addition to being an asset for the company, Ms. Gilani is also very active as a student and in the community she lives in. She was the Editor-in-chief of her university and the president of the American Marketing Association St. Croix chapter, an honor student throughout and the recipient of many scholarship awards.
With a background in marketing and the right attitude, Ms. Gilani brings an entire set of experience and an understanding of the organization’s long term goals and objectives. |

Sara Zuckerman
Ms. Sara Zuckerman comes to BiZVI with a global background in marketing. While living stateside, Ms. Zuckerman used her marketing and project management skills to help lead and direct many successful hospitality businesses. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and started her management career at Walt Disney World. She is a lifetime believer in the Disney customer service ethic which has helped her to understand customer needs even after she left Walt Disney World.
Ms. Zuckerman recently moved to St. Croix with her fiancé who comes from St Croix. They met while volunteering in the U.S. Peace Corps in Western Samoa and traveled for six months before finally settling down here. Ms. Zuckerman spent most of her Peace Corps service assisting her rural island village with sustainable development projects to benefit the community. She also worked with a locally run AIDS Foundation in her host country. She managed the fundraising and marketing for a national campaign to promote HIV/AIDS awareness and understanding.
As BiZVI grows, Ms. Zuckerman will allow us to expand, adding another element of customer service and potential client base to our already growing business. |

Anastacio Gonzalez
Mr. Anastacio Gonzalez manages the BiZVI, LLC training division. With over 17 years of experience in personnel supervisory and management with the U.S. Department of the Navy, he pursued training personnel as his passion. He obtained his initial qualification to instruct Basic Academic Skills through Vincennes University in 1998. His intensive knowledge in computer communications, microprocessors, radar systems and shop mathematics qualified him for the Department of Defense Advance Instructor Training in Technology at the Trident Training Facility, Kings Bay, GA in 2003. His dedication to teaching earned him the position of Leading Electronics Instructor at the Naval Aviation Technical Training Detachment, Naval Station Mayport, FL that same year.
With continued education, he attended classes through Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, in pursue of a BS in Workforce Education and Development. Some of the courses attended through SIUC included; Occupational Analysis and Curriculum Development, Adult Learning, Assessment of Learner Performance, Developing Your Career, Foundations of Work Education, and Training Systems Management.
Due to his dedication to training, he was assigned to Naval Aviation Technical Training Unit, Naval Aviation Station Jacksonville, FL. There, Mr. Gonzalez was assigned as a Student Counselor / Instructor under the Student Support Unit. He was responsible for the training and counseling of over 1400 students in career enhancement programs. |

When I reached the point of
deciding what options I would consider in continuing the further development of the web sites that I had initiated, I realized that my with the level of my learning curve it would either mean that I would need to take courses in web site development or hire someone to do it for me.
